As a culinary and cultural destination, Mallorca has been on the rise in recent years. Besides being home to many Michelin-starred restaurants, our gastronomy is heading towards a cuisine made to enjoy while valuing local produce, health & well-being, and sustainability.

Join us at our next event with three renowned chefs - March Fosh, Maca de Castro, and Adrain Quetglas - who will share their stories and views about the evolution of Mallorca as a culinary & gastronomic destination and the future trends of where the industry is heading.

The talk will end with networking, local wine sponsored by La Vinoteca, and a few mouthwatering tapas from Maca de Castro's ANDANA Palma restaurant.

Mr. Marc Fosh – Executive chef of Michelin star restaurant Marc Fosh Restaurant at Convent de las Missio in Palma, Fosh Farm at Finca Son Mir , Fosh catering & Sa Pleta by Marc Fosh at Pleta del Mar hotel in Canyamel.

Ms. Maca de Castro – Executive chef and owner of Maca de Castro restaurant & Jardín Bistró both in Alcúdia,Andana Palma restaurant, Palma Jardín events at finca Son Verí and project partner in 20° Restobar in Düsseldorf.

Mr. Adrian Quetglas – Executive chef of Restaurant Adrain Quetglas, D'Gustar, Dmenu in Palma & AQ Kitchen in Moscow.

Mr. JUAN LUIS PÉREZ DE EULATE - Founder of La Vinoteca in 1992 & the Asociación Balear de Sommeliers.
