L’Orquestra Filharmonia del Conservatori de Música Isaac Albéniz de la Diputació de Girona està formada per persones que tenen el títol de grau professional de música però professionalment es dediquen a altres àmbits.
Activitat adreçada a l’alumnat de l’Escola de Música Pere Mercader i dels centres educatius de Cassà amb les seves famílies.
