Amb motiu dels 50 anys dels aiguats de l'any 1971, l'Arxiu Històric Municipal d'Olesa de Montserrat organitza l'exposició "Sobrepassant els límits. 50 anys dels aiguats d'Olesa de Montserrat (1971-2021)" que es podrà visitar a la Casa de Cultura del 24 de setembre al 17 d'octubre.
El dia 24 de setembre a les 19:00 h. tindrà lloc la seva inauguració a l'Auditori de la Cada de Cultura amb la projecció del documental dels aiguats i la conferencia “Les inundacions catastròfiques del riu Llobregat: Des de la perspectiva històrica a les projeccions de futur”, a càrrec del Dr. Mariano Barriendos, paleoclimatòleg i professor agregat del Departament d’Història i Arqueologia de la Universitat de Barcelona.
