El Mindfulness es una herramienta, junto a la meditación y la respiración consciente que nos ayuda a conectar más profundamente con nuestros perros. A la vez que nos ayuda a ser más conscientes de nuestra implicación emocional en la convivencia multiespecie, y de cómo nos afectan las dificultades emocionales que tienen los perros. De esta manera no ponemos de manera constante el foco exclusivamente en el perro, y podemos acompañar y apoyar a nuestros perros de una manera consciente, estando presentes. Y para conectar con ellos, primero tenemos que conectar con nosotras.
